RATES

 

We appreciate that clients prefer to be offered a flat rate and these are outlined below. The rate per recorded minute will vary depending on the nature of  the recording and the number of participants. Please call or email for a more detailed quotation.

 

 Audio transcription of digital files/analogue recordings - dictation, interviews, meetings, focus groups, etc.

 

FROM 90p per recorded minute

Word processing of business correspondence, reports, administration, presentations

 

£15 per hour

Copy typing (text only) - manuscripts, dissertations, theses, reports, etc.

 

£7.50 per 1000 words

Copy typing (text only) involving technical, medical terminology or difficult to read handwriting

 

 £10.00 per 1000 words
Layout typing - tables, columns, graphs, etc. £12.00 per A4 page

 

 

 

 

 

We strive to provide a first class transcription service with no hidden costs. Quotations provided are based on the assumption of good quality recordings. If on receipt of a recording it is deemed to be of a quality that will result in a higher charge you will be consulted before work begins on the transcript.
