CONFIDENTIALITY

Any material processed by Assured Transcription is treated with strict confidentiality.

We will not, at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for our personal benefit, disclose, divulge or communicate in any manner any information contained in documents processed in the course of assignments.

Any information contained in work carried out by Assured Transcription will be treated as strictly confidential. The obligation of confidentiality shall continue to apply without limit in time after the work has been carried out and/or termination of the contract.

We understand that confidentiality is a sensitive issue and we are happy to enter into any signed confidentiality agreement a client may require.

We will adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998.
